1. Overview of Our Subscription Service

Our Subscribe & Save program makes it easy to stay stocked on the healthcare products you depend on without the hassle of reordering. Enjoy 15% off your first subscription order, followed by 5% savings on every recurring delivery. Your items are automatically shipped on your chosen schedule, helping ensure consistency, convenience, and peace of mind.

2. Subscription Enrollment and Billing

When you enroll in a subscription, you will select your preferred frequency (how often the product is delivered) and the duration of the commitment, if applicable.

  • Pricing: The price charged for each delivery will be the price in effect at the time the recurring order is processed.

3. Automatic Renewal

To prevent service interruption, certain subscription durations may be configured to auto-renew. 

We will provide you with a renewal notification email before any auto-renewal charge is processed. Your continued use of the subscription service after receiving a renewal notice constitutes acceptance of the renewed term and the applicable charges.

4. Managing, Modifying, and Canceling Your Subscription

We believe in providing maximum flexibility. You can modify, pause or cancel your subscription at any time without penalty through our self-service portal.

  • Subscription Management: All changes to your subscription (including updates to products, frequency, payment methods or cancellation) can be made through your dedicated Subscription Management Link. This link is provided in your original order confirmation email and in subsequent subscription renewal notification emails.

  • Self-Service Control: You can log in via this link to easily pause, skip a delivery or cancel your subscription before the next scheduled charge date.

  • Cancellation: If you choose to cancel a subscription, the cancellation will take effect before the next scheduled delivery. You will still receive any orders that have already been processed or shipped.
