Ordering & Shipping

Do I need insurance to purchase from CHC Direct?

CHC Direct does not accept insurance. CHC Direct is a self-pay store, meaning all purchases are made out-of-pocket.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt. Orders placed after 3 PM EST on Friday, or over the weekend or holidays, will begin processing the next business day. Shipments arrive in 1-2 days for most locations.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking info, usually active within 24 hours.

Do you ship internationally?

CHC Direct currently ships only within the continental U.S. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

We do our best to validate addresses before shipping. If an address can’t be validated, we’ll try to reach out. If we can’t confirm it, the order will be canceled and refunded.

CHC Direct is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?

If your tracking says “Delivered” but you didn’t receive your order, please contact us immediately at 1.888.524.2463 or support@chcdirect.com.

We’ll file a claim with the shipping carrier and involve local law enforcement if necessary. Replacements or refunds are issued after the investigation, which may take up to 21 days.

Are you responsible for damage during shipping?

CHC Direct is not liable for damage or loss caused by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping provider and save all packaging and materials.

Returns

What is CHC Direct’s return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most products. Some products are non-returnable. This will be noted on the product page for these products.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a return or refund.

How do I initiate a return?

To start the return process, please contact our Customer Service team via chat, emailing support@chcdirect.com or calling 1.888.524.2463.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.

Can I return an item I opened or used?

Unfortunately, no. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Does CHC Direct bill insurance?

No. Purchases made through CHC Direct are cash-pay and are not billed to insurance.
