Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are $7 per order and orders of $75 or above ship free.
Shipment processing time
Most orders placed by 3:00 pm local time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday or on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
Delivery Estimates
Shipments will be delivered in 1-2 days for most locations with others taking 3-4 days.
Shipping restrictions

Alaska & Hawaii: Hazardous items are unable to be shipped to these locations.

P.O. Boxes: Hazardous items are unable to be shipped P.O. Boxes.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
CHC Direct is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
CHC Direct will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us via chat, support@chcdirect.com or calling 1.888.524.2463
