1. Our Commitment & General Return Policy
At CHC Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, we are here to help.
We offer a 30-day return policy for most products. Some products are non-returnable, and this will be noted on the product listing.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a return or refund.
For all eligible returns, we will issue you a 100% refund. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.
2. Eligibility and Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Time Limit: The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, or in the same condition that you received it

We reserve the right to inspect the returned product and deny a return if it does not meet these conditions.
