Have Questions? We’ve Got You Covered
How do I choose the right compression level?
Compression is measured in mmHg. Lower levels (8–15 mmHg or 15–20 mmHg) are great for daily use and mild swelling, while higher levels (20–30 mmHg or more) are often recommended for medical conditions. Check with your healthcare provider if you're unsure.
What size should I order?
Sizing varies by brand, so be sure to measure your leg or arm according to the size chart provided on the product page. Proper fit is key for comfort and effectiveness.
How do I care for my compression garments?
Hand-washing in cold water and air drying is usually best to preserve elasticity. Some can be machine-washed—check the label for specific instructions.
How long do compression garments last?
With regular wear, compression garments typically last 4–6 months before the material starts to lose its effectiveness.
Can I return or exchange compression garments?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on compression garments due to health and hygiene regulations. Please double-check sizing and product details before ordering—we're happy to help if you're unsure!
