Medline Nonwoven Gauze Sponges are specifically made to be non-adherent and offer space to cover small to midsize wound types. They can also be combined with other gauze sponges for better overall wound coverage. Compared to traditional woven cotton gauze, this cost-effective, virtually non-adherent sponges produce less lint. The nonwoven 4-ply blend of polyester and rayon provide the perfect balance of strength and absorbency, while making the sponges flexible enough to be placed anywhere on the body without compromising the integrity of the sponges. The non-sterile brick pack replaces our 48850000 Sorbalux gauze sponges and the sterile 2 pack replaces 4888000 Sorbalux gauze sponges.
